My sales experience with Sierra was so straightforward and easy that without a doubt I'd recommend going to him and all the helpful people at Servco Subaru Kaimuki. Honestly, the only "eventful" things that happened were as follows. - The color I was looking for wasn't on the showroom lot, it was on the dealer's second lot which consumers don't have access to. So if you go by and just pop in, or walk the lot and don't immediately see what you thought was on the lot, just go ask a sales associate where that specific vehicle is and they can look it up in their system to track it down. - The lot itself is small with tight parking and hopefully you get one of the parking spots dedicated to customers, which can be hard to tell since many of the customers are repeat buyers you'll just see more Subarus in those same spots :-) So worst case you'll be street parking in the neighborhood. - I got a call a day or so after taking delivery of my vehicle, turns out my barely legible handwriting was, in fact, terrible and I had a typo on a check I wrote. no big, they just asked me to come down and cut a new check, no drama no issues. The cars speak for themselves and the service I got for Sierra sealed the deal. He was more like a guide than your traditional salesperson, just the right amount of guidance to make you give some thought, but not enough to feel like someone is putting the screws to you. He knows the products well and even drives one so you can be rest assured that you're in capable hands.

It was my first time purchasing a car so I was really nervous and clueless on what car would best suit me. However, Arvi Realista made the process go smoothly and stress-free.
